At Peacock Watches, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our timepieces and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase, providing a seamless process for every customer.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the watch you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the timepiece securely in its original luxury display box, ensuring all protective films, tags, and warranty cards are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your shipping carton, covering any previous barcodes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our master watchmakers inspect the return for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
